Metrobase.com.au is solely published by Miguel Escobar, a soon-to-be valuer with previous experience as a property analyst. Seeing the need for a well-organized and accessible commercial property database, he set out to build a platform that centralizes key market insights.
Metrobase is an open and data-driven platform focused on commercial real estate, covering office, retail, development sites, large format retails, supermarkets , etc. The initial phase is focused on gathering sales and rental evidence, with a long-term vision of developing automated market insights and trend analysis to support investors, developers, agents, and valuers.
